(1) The curriculum, teaching methods and standards of titles of universities, institutes or other educational institutions shall be as determined by the Commission.
(2) In addition to the theoretical knowledge related to medical education, the curriculum as per sub-section (1) will include the development of practical skills, human sensitivity, communication skills, professionalism, social responsibility, cooperation, morality and leadership skills development.
(3) The Commission shall maintain the uniformity of degrees awarded by universities, institutes or other educational institutions.
